Our company is based in Hong Kong and is run by a fellow reenactor. We pride ourselves in our communication with customers and attention to details. Our shop specialises in custom making reproduction the market has yet to provide. Inform us of your specifications with clear images we can thereby produce reproductions according to them. Question 3

Are you able to produce or custom make something that is not yet available?

Accepted Answer

In most cases we are able to produce most clothing and gear composed of leather/canvas/cloth. We can do "made to images" so please inquire via noarashimilitaria@gmail.com with photographs with details and overview of the item. We will then get back to you with a quote and create a listing just for your purchase purpose.

What is the process of a transcation?

1. Buyer places order via the site or manually through email and then pays with Paypal. 
2. Buyer emails us the neccessory measurements or sizes via noarashimilitaria@gmail.com
3. Follow-up emails from us and finally a confirmation of production.
4. Up to 45-75 days buyer receives an email with the photos of the ordered items and requests any amendments or adjustments. (Sometimes it takes less, especially for footwear)
5. Buyer confirms the products are fine and can be shipped out. 
6. We send out the items and provide buyers with a tracking number.
7. Buyer receives item.

What kind of sizes or measurements do I need to provide once I place an order?

How is the postage calculated?

The preset shipping price for international are actual prices to the United States. Customers from other area please send us a message so that we could add the postage in the product listing of your choice. Customers who want faster shipment could also message us. We only ship by registered mail to safeguard both of our interest.

Question 7

When will my order get shipped?

Accepted Answer

As all products are custom made and have no current stock, it will take normally 45 days from the day you have paid and provided us with all neccessory information (e.g. sizes/body measurement) for production. In the unlikely circumstance we will be shipping your products no longer than 75 days, which will be within the Paypal dispute period to safeguard your interest. On average footwear items are shipped in 2 weeks' time.
